We want to make sure your dog has a chance to use it, break it in, and give it a good test drive. It's perfectly ok if it comes back with some hair or drool marks! A full 100% refund will be issued for all returns received in acceptable condition. The only beds we can not take back are beds with stains, rips, or tears.
