Nearly 100 Military Dogs Fly Home After Service In Afghanistan


AMK9, an organization that deals with the transportation of animals, discusses the challenges and rewards of flying 92 military dogs from Afghanistan back to the United States. These dog were instrumental in protecting U.S. soldiers and the care of these animals was a major priority. After arriving back in the U.S. some of them continued to work as drug dogs with law enforcement, while others were adopted out to loving families. It is amazing to see the impact these dogs have had!
