Therapy animals are often mentioned, but the stories of the animals themselves are heard far less often. This is the story of one therapy dog, a golden retriever named Hunter. Hunter helps kids become more independent and self-sufficient as they get older, as well as helps them make a lot of friends. He works with children in classrooms at the Carl Sandburg Learning Center. It is amazing to see the impact that he leaves on these children 🙂
