Teaching a new puppy to walk on a leash can be a chore in and of itself. However, it’s well-worth starting them off early and getting them used to it. But did you realize that there’s more to teaching your dog on a leash then, well, just putting him on a leash.
For instance, you may want to be careful about having your new dog fraternize with other dogs if he hasn’t had his shots yet. I know…I wouldn’t have thought about that one.
