Pet Therapy Program Helps Relieve Stress, Bring Comfort To Healthcare Workers

Dogs always have the ability to cheer us up, don't they? In the crazy time we are currently living in, healthcare and frontline workers have been working tirelessly each and everyday to help and serve people in their communities. This can be an extremely stressful and anxious experience, that can take a negative toll on their mental health. Luckily, there is a new pet therapy program (sponsored by the UC Irvine Medical Center), which allows these employees to find a peace of mind and calmness in their very hectic lives throughout the day! This new program gives them the ability to spend time with these adorable and loveable dogs, who are used by many patients at the center. This pet and patient relationship brings so much happiness and joy to both the dogs and patients! Healthcare workers can now experience the same tender moments with these adorable furry friends as well!

A big thank you to all the healthcare & frontline workers for all you do everyday!
