This is the story of a dog who goes from living on the streets to becoming UK’s first staffie police dog. Police dog Cooper is the first of his kind in the staffie department. Cooper is trained in firearms, drugs, and cash detection! To get ready for his first assignment, Cooper went a 8 week training course, where he learned the fundamentals of what it takes to be a police dog. Clearly, Cooper is thriving as he has already found 257,000 pounds of drugs. It is amazing to see the bond that Cooper shares with his trainer and human companion! Way to go Cooper 🙂
