At just 17 and a half months old, Kahuna the Great Dane is already living the good life, and according to his owner, he’s showing no signs of slowing down. While Kahuna doesn’t have any health or mobility issues, his owner affectionately says he has “babyitis,” the playful energy that comes with being a young giant breed dog.

Before Kahuna came along, his owner had another Great Dane who used Barker Beds for several years. That experience made the decision to buy another one an easy choice. “I bought them for my previous Dane who had normal aging coupled with DCM,” they shared. “The concept seemed effective to me as I used to sell mattresses and was enamored with the high-end foam products.”
