Did you know that particular types of pets are said to convey certain types of information about their owner. What I mean by this is that if you own a dog, then many would say that you are more of an extroverted person. You like the company of others and are said to be more of a social butterfly.
But if you own a cat, well now…talk about a different story. Cat owners are said to be introverted and independent…I guess what they are saying is that in many ways our pets are a reflection of our own personalities.
What do you think…do you find this to be true? For me, I don’t know what to think. I have always viewed myself as more of an introvert, and I think that’s why I gravitated so much towards dogs. They are the opposite of me, and I found them to be a nice balance to my own person.
I am not a cat person. I do appreciate them from a distance, and yes…kittens are absolutely adorable. However, I am allergic to cats and have to keep my distance. But I noticed another thing about my (very general) non-preference towards cats (I don’t dislike them, but I can’t find it in myself to go out and get one): I do want to grab them, hold them, cuddle them…but they are independent! And they just walk away from me…hahahaha.
Well, what does your pet say about you? And…are there any snake owners out there? What does that say? Dun…dun…dun!
