We ship worldwide (with the exception of Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Côte d'Ivoire, Islamic Republic Of Iran, Democratic People's Republic Of Korea, Myanmar, Nigeria, Russia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Zimbabwe). All international orders will be processed in our warehouses in Reading, PA or Valencia, CA. Our online store will show pricing as $USD.
How Does Big Barker Ship Internationally?
To make the international shipping and delivery process seamless, we have now partnered with Zonos to calculate and collect these customs and duties taxes with the shipping charges at checkout for most international destinations so that you are not responsible for any additional payments when your order arrives.
You will have access to transparent tracking from origination to final destination and straight to door delivery (Zonos handles all the customs clearance for you). Please note: shipping cost is separate from local duties and taxes.
Will I Have To Pay Duties And Taxes On My Order?
Duties and taxes are calculated by Zonos during the checkout process. The amount due will be clearly displayed, along with the shipping cost. After checkout, Zonos will pay all duties and taxes on your behalf.
What Is Your Return And Warranty Policy For International Orders?
We offer a 365 day return policy on all Big Barker products. Unlike Domestic U.S. orders, we do not offer free return shipping on international orders, thus if a return is accepted, we will not refund shipping fees. Customers are responsible for the return shipping back to our warehouse in Reading, PA.

How Long Will It Take To Get My International Order?
