Shipping & Returns Info

FREE Returns:

You can test drive your dog’s new Big Barker in your home for a full 365 days. Anytime within that one full year, if either you or your dog is anything less than thrilled and 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a full & friendly refund or exchange.

We also believe that in order to have the best possible shopping experience, our customers in the Continental US should not have to pay for domestic return shipping. So if for whatever reason you're not thrilled with your order, just contact us, and we'll send a prepaid UPS shipping label.

All we ask is the following:

  • Please contact us before returning so that we can provide the proper return address & send you any packaging materials if needed.
  • For obvious reasons, we can not accept returns on beds that are ripped, have been chewed, or soiled with urine, vomit, and/or feces.

Once your return is received and inspected by our workshop (usually within 5 business days of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.

A full 100% refund will be issued for all returns received in acceptable condition.

  • This return policy only applies to orders placed directly with Big Barker.
  • Products other than beds have a 30-day return policy.
  • Embroidered covers are not eligible for returns.

If your purchase was with another business (such as Amazon), your order is subject to the return policy of the business where the order was placed.

Big Barker has little to no influence over the return & refund policies of other businesses that carry Big Barker products. So for guaranteed free shipping & returns, order directly on

International Returns:

We offer a 365 day return policy on all Big Barker beds (all other products have a 30-day return policy).

Unlike Domestic U.S. orders, we do not offer free return shipping on international orders, thus if a return is accepted, we will not refund shipping fees. Customers are responsible for the return shipping back to our warehouse in Reading, PA.
