A refurbished cover is one that, for some reason or another, didn't work out for its first owner and was shipped back to us. It may have been gently used or returned right after being opened.
Once we receive a returned cover, we inspect it, clean it, and offer it to our customers at a steep discount.
Our dog bed covers are machine washable. Wash on cold, tumble dry. Our microfiber also does not shrink. As long as you wash on cold and tumble dry, they can be washed 1,000 times and they won’t shrink by more than fractions of a millimeter.
They’re also very easy to take on and off. Most dog beds just zip on a single side, but our zipper goes around 3 sides of the bed.
Most orders ship within 1 business day.
All orders ship via Ground Shipping by default, which can take anywhere from 2-7 business days to arrive at your door, depending on how far you live from the warehouse.
